Where are the leaders of Ontario’s political parties today – May 12

Liberal Leader Kathleen Wynne starts her day of campaigning at 9:20 a.m. with an announcement at Community Living Toronto’s Creative Village Studio (4895 Dundas St. W.), and then she will visit the Muslim Welfare Centre and deliver remarks at the Project Ramadan Build the Basket event (100 McLevin Ave.) at noon. Her day ends with remarks at a 6 p.m. barbecue (918 River Rd.) with supporters in Hastings.

Andrea Horwath discusses the Ford and Wynne hydro plans at 10 a.m. (1705 Desloges Rd.) in Sudbury, and will then head to Orillia to attend the campaign office opening for Simcoe North NDP candidate Elizabeth Van Houtte (425-427 West St. N.) at 3:15 p.m. The NDP Leader will participate in a meet and gree with local Barrie candidates at 4:40 p.m. at Casa Cappuccino (91 Dunlop St. E.).

Doug Ford attends the opening of Mark DeMontis’s campaign office (2030 Weston Rd.) in Toronto at 10 a.m., before attending the opening of Christina Mitas’ campaign office (2075 Lawrence Ave. E., Unit 1), also in Toronto, at 11 a.m. The PC Leader will make announcement at 2 p.m. at Chartwell Scarlett Heights Retirement Residence (4005 Eglinton Ave. W.) in Toronto, and will conclude his day of campaigning at 4 p.m. with a rally at the Caledon East Community Complex (6215 Old Church Rd.) in Caledon.
